The E-Cath Stim combines the advantages of a stimulation catheter with those of the E-Cath System. Developed together with Dr. Ban Tsui, the E-Cath System combines the best from clinical experience and engineering expertise, resulting in a system that addresses the biggest catheter problems in CNBs: complexity, catheter kinking, anesthetic leakage and catheter dislocation and migration.1,2,3,4
The result are easier, faster, safer, and more reliable continuous nerve blocks with a reduction of workload during postoperative pain management.
The stimulation E-Catheter offers a stimulating tip that provides additional position control and confirmation. The system also allows for post-op stimulation for catheter tip placement confirmation.
All E-Cath systems are supplied with the SonoPlex® needle, the leading echogenic nerve block needle globally.
The SonoPlex includes the patented Cornerstone Reflectors for best needle echogenicity possible, irrespective
of the insertion angle for placement under ultrasound and stimulation techniques (Dual Guidance).
