How long have you been working at Pajunk?

It's been almost 11 years now.

What kept you at Pajunk for so long?

There are a ton of reasons. First, it's a family-owned company, and that familial vibe really resonates with me. The people here are genuinely good, and that's not always a given in the corporate world. Plus, I've always felt like my superiors trust and support me, giving me the freedom to do my job in the way that feels best to me. That trust makes me want to do right by them even more. I've had great managers throughout my career, but the current leadership team is something special. They're fair and kind, making coming to work something to look forward to. And, of course, the work-life balance is a huge perk. We work hard, but when I need flexibility, it's there.

What's the most important thing for you when looking for a job?

 For me, it's not just about the money. It's about prioritizing my health, family time, and having a positive work environment. At Pajunk, I'm surrounded by great people, and there's no toxic environment. The culture at Pajunk is something I appreciate.

You recently got promoted to Product Manager. Can you tell me a little bit about what you do?

As a Product Manager, my main focus is to become an expert on our product's features and benefits. I take the lead in understanding how our product compares to the competition and ensuring that our sales representatives are well-equipped with the knowledge and training they need to sell our product effectively.

What is your favorite product in our Pajunk portfolio, and why?

Oh, hands down, it's the SonoPlex II. Seeing its growth in the American market has been exciting! What makes me genuinely proud is knowing that every single one of Pajunk's products reflects the highest levels of innovation and quality. It's incredible how often I hear customers say things like, "I love your needles" or "SonoPlex is like the Mercedes of the needle world." Those comments really speak to the impact and reputation we've built.

We have a great culture right now, and you're one of the employees that foster that through your engagement and enthusiasm. Any thoughts about that?

Well, I enjoy bringing a little bit of happiness into people's lives. Whether it's through cracking jokes, asking thought-provoking questions, or simply helping them to break out of their shell, I try to uplift others whenever I can.

1. Wingsuit jumping

2. Driving down to Key West on my motorcycle.

3. You know what really fascinates me? The idea of going back in time and experiencing what it would've been like growing up in former Yugoslavia during my teenage years instead of in the U.S. Don't get me wrong, I had a good time as a teenager in Atlanta, but there's just something so intriguing about diving into a completely different culture and way of life, especially during those formative years. It's like uncovering a hidden part of my own story, you know?
