2023 Above and Beyond Awards!

PAJUNK is thrilled to recognize our 2023 Above and Beyond award recipients; Patricia Krantz and Sheila Hendricks! This award honors employees who consistently go the extra mile to serve our customers and colleagues, exemplifying Pajunk's dedication to innovation and excellence.

Meet Patricia, Our Passionate Tray Product Manager:

Patricia joined Pajunk in 2022, bringing her medical expertise (doctor of physical therapy with a neurology focus) to the world of product management. Her passion for the field fueled her work on the Lumbar Puncture (LP) Support Tray, an innovative solution that helps improve efficiency and safety during lumbar punctures. The LP Support Tray is just the beginning- Patricia is now working alongside the talented PAJUNK team to develop an all-inclusive Lumbar Puncture Tray featuring Pajunk’s atraumatic SPROTTE needle and Manometer.

 

 

What makes Patricia stand out?
 

  • Bridging the Gap: Patricia's unique background in physical therapy allows her to bridge the gap between clinical needs and product development. Her insights ensure Tray solutions effectively address real-world challenges in healthcare settings.

  • A Go-Getter: Patricia brings a strong work ethic and a relentless pursuit of excellence to everything she does. She's always looking for ways to improve, consistently follows up with colleagues and customers, and is a valuable addition to the marketing team.

  • Collaborative Problem Solver: Patricia thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working with various departments across PAJUNK. She values the input of others and believes the best solutions come from cross-functional teamwork.

 

Beyond the office, Patricia enjoys:
 

  • Traveling and exploring new places with her husband, Jake, and their two daughters. They are self-proclaimed, “water bugs” with how much they love spending time at the beach, lake and pool.

  • Swimming, as she nearly qualified for the Olympic swim trials (an injury sidelined her and she missed the cut by a mere 0.5 seconds)

 

 

 

Meet Sheila: A Shining Example in Customer Service

Sheila has been a valued member of the PAJUNK customer service team for three and a half years. Her dedication to customer service and positive spirit are infectious, making her a true asset to the team. Notably, Sheila contributes daily to the successful implementation of GHX, a supply chain solution that provides Pajunk customers with several benefits such as the ease of placing orders, viewing PO history, receiving notifications, and accessing their invoices all in one centralized location for their convenience!

 

 

What makes Sheila shine?
 

  • Customer Champion: Building strong customer relationships is a top priority for Sheila. She goes the extra mile to understand their needs and ensure they receive exceptional service, consistently exceeding expectations.

  • Team Spirit: Sheila's positive attitude is a ray of sunshine in the customer service department! She fosters a supportive and collaborative environment, making it a great workplace for everyone.

  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: Sheila's commitment to accuracy ensures a smooth and positive experience for every customer. She doesn't miss a beat and takes pride in providing exceptional, speedy service.

 

 

Beyond the office:
 

  • When Sheila is not wowing customers, she enjoys playing piano for her community choir and spending time with her husband and their senior feline friend, Sir Frazzle.

  • In 2018, Sheila displayed incredible generosity by donating a kidney to her husband. This act of selflessness truly exemplifies her kind and caring nature.
